Accredited in the Insights Discovery system in 2000 Stella has coached thousands of leaders and their teams from around the world using the Insights transformational learning solutions. Stella, with her business partner, joined the Global Insights organization and created Insights Learning and Development, Atlantic in 2001. Insights Atlantic together with their internal and external consultants have become recognized leaders in professional people development in Atlantic Canada and around the world.
Stella’s background includes 20 years in the financial services industry where she lead major culture change and organizational transformation. She was the valedictorian for the inaugural class for the Management Development for Women business programs jointly offered through Mount St Vincent University and St Mary’s University. She holds a masters certificate in group facilitation with Interaction Associates in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Process Management with the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
As a certified Equine Assisted Learning facilitator Stella combines group facilitation with the unique learning experience the horse provides participants in the Unbridled Leadership workshop.
Stella and her husband Gary are active members of the Chance Harbour Beach Preservation Society and enjoy summers at their beach-house entertaining family and friends.
