At the heart of the Unbridled Leadership experience is the Insights Discovery Model. This model is designed to inspire, engage and motivate an individual’s awareness. The focus of Insights Discovery is on personal communication and decision-making as well as strengths, potential blindspots and weaknesses.

Paired with Insights Discovery Unbridled Leadership develops deeply insightful experiences weaving the unique relationship between the horse and human. The horse has a unique ability to mirror and to react to an individual’s body language and behaviour. Horses sense whether an individual expresses confidence, trust, openness and positive energy. Horses live in the moment and reflect back to the participants the impact of their behaviour. The horse shows no preconceived favouritism or dislike for the human. The horse simply meets the human and reacts to the energy transmitted.

The Experience

Science has validated the impact of Body Language in studies like the one done at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In business, first impressions are crucial. Our workshops explore the awareness, behaviours and attitudes required to be effective in relationship building. It provides a solid foundation for on-going professional and personal development. All participants will receive their Personal Discovery Profile, which details one’s personal communication and decision-making approach as well as strengths, potential blind-spots and weaknesses. You will find, as others have, that this profile gets at who you are in a most precise way.
